La-Z-Boy Sectional Couch Started Hurting Our Backs
Is anyone else having a terrible time with La-Z-Boy's warranty? We bought a sectional couch two months ago, and already it's causing back pain! This feels like junk furniture, and La-Z-Boy isn't offering any solutions. We were told the extended warranty wouldn't cover anything anyway! When I called customer service a week ago, I explained I think there's a problem with the frame, but the rep wouldn't even consider it. They just insisted La-Z-Boy furniture is flawless. What a dismissive way to treat a customer! What do you want get the money and be done with the rest? It doesn’t work that way!!! You have to take responsibility for what you sell. I’m pretty sure this won’t be the end for us.
