I Applied For A Return Of The Defective Recliner, Laz-Z-Boy Declined
I sent a complaint about a recliner within 6 months of buying it, could tell something wasn't right because the box or wrapping it came in had some holes in the corners, but they said it was fine. When I checked, it was, but after some time it started to lean to one side. The service manager emailed us to say that our request for a refund had been denied and that they would order parts and fix our furniture under warranty. We can't agree with this. We won't fix brand-new furniture. We ordered it from LazBoy because we thought it would be a good product, disappointed in the end... I don't want to go through all this trouble again; please hear me out and help us.
