I purchased a Vivense couch in January 2023. Within a few months, the foam in the cushions started to sag. I filed a warranty claim, but the technician did not care about the issue.

I then filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. The agency ruled in my favor and ordered Vivense to replace the couch. However, the replacement couch was even worse than the original. It was also poorly made and had several defects. I had it repaired, but the problems persisted.

I requested a refund or a new couch made with quality materials and workmanship. Vivense offered me a ₺9,500 refund, which is less than half of what I paid for the couch.

I am very disappointed with Vivense's customer service. They are selling a defective product and then refusing to make it right. I will be taking legal action if necessary.
