I've been a loyal user of your Effaclar H Iso-Biome facial cleanser for two years. It's been great for my skin type, and I've always been satisfied with the results. However, my current problem isn't with the product itself, but with its defective packaging.
I've purchased this cleanser from both pharmacies and Trendyol in the past, but I can't recall where I got this specific bottle. What I do know is that it's been less than six months since I bought it, and I use it diligently every morning and night. Just today, I noticed something horrifying: the pump mechanism has developed a strange, rust-like discoloration, and it appears to be dripping into the product itself!
This is completely unacceptable. Even though there's only a little product left, this is a serious quality control issue. A premium skincare product should never have its packaging corrode and contaminate the contents, especially when it's applied to sensitive skin.
La Roche-Posay, I demand an explanation for this rusting pump! This indicates a severe flaw in your packaging materials or design. Please provide information on how this could happen and ensure this problem is addressed to prevent it from affecting other customers.
