Around three weeks ago, I purchased the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermallergo Eye Care Cream (20 ml) from a pharmacy. Since the day I bought it, the pump has been defective, making it nearly impossible to dispense the cream. Initially, I managed to use it during my travels despite the issue, but now it has become completely unusable.
I paid a premium for this product, expecting quality both in formulation and packaging, but the faulty pump has rendered the cream inaccessible. This is unacceptable for a brand like La Roche-Posay.
I am requesting an immediate replacement or resolution for this defective product. Please address this issue promptly as it has caused significant inconvenience.
