La Roche Posay Retinol Caused Allergic Reaction and Refund Request Ignored

I purchased a La Roche Posay Retinol product from Evde Eczane, and shortly after using it, I experienced an allergic reaction. My skin developed redness and irritation severe enough that I had to stop applying the product. I immediately contacted the company to report the issue. They asked me to send photos of my face, which I did. After reviewing them, they told me a refund or exchange might be possible but that I needed to contact the pharmacy where I purchased it.

The problem is that the pharmacy, Evde Eczane, does not answer phone calls and ignores messages. When I follow up with the company, they simply say they are “waiting for a response” from the pharmacy. In reality, it should be the company itself taking responsibility and reaching out directly. Instead, I am left in limbo, with no clear resolution and no customer support from either side.

This situation is extremely frustrating. I spent money on a skincare product that caused harm, yet neither the seller nor the brand is taking ownership of the problem. I demand a prompt refund or exchange and expect La Roche Posay to ensure its authorized sellers handle customer complaints professionally instead of leaving customers to chase after them.
