Trust Wallet iOS Transactions Failing for Two Months Without Fix

I have been experiencing a problem with my Trust Wallet iOS application for the last two months, where my transaction is not going through. Despite multiple attempts, the transaction still does not complete and I cannot understand the exact reason for this situation. I contacted Trust Wallet support about this issue through their support channels and explained the problem in detail, and was only told that they need more time to fix it, without a clear or detailed explanation of what is wrong or how it will be resolved. I kindly request that Trust Wallet provide me with a clear and understandable explanation of why my transaction is not going through, what the technical reason is, and what steps will be taken to resolve it, as well as in what timeframe I can expect a solution.
