I’ve been using La Roche-Posay Effaclar face wash for 5 years without any problems. However, after purchasing the latest bottle with the new "improved formula," my skin broke out severely. This is my 5th bottle, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I don’t know if they changed the active ingredients, but this new version has completely ruined all the progress I’ve made with my skincare routine over the years. All my efforts are going to waste because of this product. I’m seriously considering stopping its use because it’s causing more harm than good. La Roche-Posay, you need to address this issue immediately and let customers know what’s changed in the formula!
