I have used the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo face wash before without any problems. However, with the most recent bottle I purchased from Hepsiburada, I experienced a serious issue.
After just a few uses, my skin developed intense burning and dryness. Each time I applied the product, the burning sensation worsened, and my skin began to peel and flake. This was highly unusual compared to my previous experiences with the same product.
Additionally, the smell of this bottle is very different, much stronger and more chemical-like than the authentic version I used before. Because of this, I have strong doubts about the authenticity of the product.
At the moment, I only have the bottle itself—I no longer have the invoice or other documentation. Still, I request that the authenticity of this product be investigated. If it turns out to be counterfeit, I demand that it be exchanged or refunded immediately.
