Around 15 days ago, I purchased a La Roche-Posay Anthelios Uvmune 400 sunscreen from Dermoeczanem, and received it in Ankara. I have been using this product regularly for the past three years without any issues, but this time I encountered a serious problem.
The first time I used it, the product seemed normal. However, within a couple of weeks, the texture began to deteriorate. The tip hardened into a buttery, solid form, and the cream no longer dispenses properly. Despite the expiration date still being valid, the formula appears to have separated and become unusable.
Given the price and brand reputation, this situation is unacceptable. I request a replacement product and expect this issue to be resolved quickly.
