La Roche Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Sunscreen Smells Bad and Refund Refused

Last Saturday, I purchased a La Roche Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF50+ sunscreen from Mimoza Pharmacy in Ulus, Ankara. When I used the product for the first time, I immediately noticed a very unpleasant odor. Concerned that the sunscreen might be spoiled, I first consulted the pharmacy. They redirected me to customer service, but instead of investigating the issue, customer service told me that the smell was “normal” and offered no real solution or assistance.

I have only used the sunscreen once, and I still have the purchase slip as proof. The packaging, expiration date, and external appearance all look fine, yet the smell is so bad that I cannot use the product on my skin. This makes me question its quality and safety, especially considering La Roche Posay is marketed as a premium skincare brand.

I feel let down by both the pharmacy and the company’s customer service. I paid for a product that I cannot use, and dismissing my concern as “normal” is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for this defective sunscreen and expect La Roche Posay to take customer complaints more seriously in the future.
