About three weeks ago, I purchased two bottles of La Roche-Posay Anthelios Uvmune 400 sunscreen from Dermo Eczanem. Until now, I had no issues with the product. However, on March 10, 2025, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor while applying it. The scent resembles spices or even pastırma (cured meat), which is extremely disturbing.
I still have another unopened bottle, and the one I am currently using is only halfway finished. I have used this same sunscreen before and never encountered such an issue. This is concerning because I cannot confidently apply it to my skin and go outside with such a strong, unpleasant smell.
I suspect the product may have gone bad or has a defect, despite being stored properly. I need an immediate solution, whether it’s a replacement or refund, because this is not an acceptable experience for a premium skincare brand. Please address this issue urgently.
