La Roche-Posay Anthelios Spray Caused Increased Facial Hair Growth

I have been applying La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Spray 200 ml to my beard area daily since December 9, 2025. After about two months of regular use, I recently noticed a noticeable increase in hair growth in my beard area, and I am concerned that this may be related to the sunscreen I have been using.

I may have purchased the product from a pharmacy or from France—I don’t remember exactly where. I have not contacted the brand’s customer service during this time because I was unable to find an email address to reach them. This situation is bothering me both from a health perspective and in terms of my appearance.

In addition to the product I am currently using, I also have two unopened La Roche-Posay products, but due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable using them. For this reason, I request a refund for the Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Spray I used, as well as for the two unopened products.

I kindly ask that this issue be taken seriously by the brand, that the products be examined, and that I receive a prompt response with information regarding my refund process.
