On August 7, I purchased the La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 sunscreen for approximately $22 (600 TL). I have been using it intermittently for about a month, and from the very first use, I noticed an extremely unpleasant odor. There are no visible issues with the packaging or the product itself — no leakage, discoloration, or texture changes. However, when I scanned the QR code on the packaging, it did not redirect to La Roche-Posay’s official website, which made me question its authenticity.
So far, I have not contacted the pharmacy or La Roche-Posay customer service, but I am deeply concerned about the product’s originality and quality. Given the strong odor and doubts about authenticity, I request a full refund and expect a quick resolution to this issue.
