La Roche-Posay Anthelios Uvmune 400 Oil Control Caused Severe Breakouts

I purchased La Roche-Posay Anthelios Uvmune 400 Oil Control sunscreen about two months ago from the official La Roche-Posay store on Amazon, paying around 700₺. I specifically chose this product because it was advertised as oil-controlling and suitable for preventing shine.
However, after using it regularly for about two weeks, I developed severe acne and comedones, despite never having any acne problems before in my life. Even after stopping use, my skin has not returned to its original condition, and the breakouts are still ongoing. My skin type is combination, and I did not introduce any new skincare products or changes to my routine during this period—this sunscreen is the only new factor.
This has been extremely frustrating and damaging, both physically and emotionally, as I trusted this product for daily use. I request a full refund of the purchase price and a detailed explanation regarding how such a reaction could occur with a product designed for sensitive, acne-prone, or oily skin.
I expect La Roche-Posay to take responsibility and provide a solution to address this issue, as customers should not suffer long-lasting skin problems after using a dermatologically tested sunscreen.
