I bought a La Roche-Posay face wash, believing in the brand’s promise of gentle skincare and verified its authenticity before using it. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very first use, the product smelled more like dish soap than a dermatological cleanser. It left my skin severely irritated, overly dry, and red. What’s worse, it caused breakouts that left behind dark spots—my face has never looked worse.
How can a premium skincare brand create something so harsh? My skin was in good condition before, and now I’m dealing with intense dryness, flaking, burning, and acne that won’t go away. I purchased this product expecting high-quality results, but instead, I feel like I paid ₺ for something that damaged my skin beyond recognition.
Does La Roche-Posay ever test their products on real people with sensitive skin? Do they even consider the harm their formulas might cause? I'm absolutely shocked and disappointed. For a brand that charges so much and claims to offer dermatological solutions, this is unacceptable.
I demand a full explanation and immediate action—either a refund or compensation. I also want La Roche-Posay to take accountability and review this formula. No one should have to suffer this kind of damage in the name of skincare.
