TikTok Is Showing My Own Account as if I Am Not the Owner
I am writing regarding my TikTok account registered with the phone number +2567867043** in Uganda under the username “Kaliisa Sam**** 3.”
As of yesterday, I suddenly lost access to my account. When I now try to access it, TikTok displays the account as though I am only able to follow it like any ordinary user, instead of allowing me to log in as the actual owner of the profile.
Until yesterday, I was using the account normally without any issue, and I have never requested for the account to be deleted, transferred, or changed in any way. Because of this unexpected situation, I am worried that my account may have been compromised or that there may be a technical issue affecting my access.
I have not yet used TikTok’s in-app recovery tools such as “Forgot password” or “Report a problem,” because I am uncertain which recovery method is most appropriate in a situation where my own account now appears as though it belongs to someone else.
I kindly request that TikTok urgently review, secure, and restore my account “Kaliisa Samuel 3” linked to the number +2567867043** back to my full control. If necessary, I am fully prepared to complete any identity or ownership verification checks required in order to confirm that I am the rightful owner and safely regain access to my account.
