I recently purchased a La Roche-Posay face wash and pore-tightening toner from a local pharmacy. While the face wash is absolutely amazing and feels great on my skin, the toner has been a complete nightmare. From the very first use, it caused an intense burning sensation and left my skin painfully dry. After just two applications, a huge pimple appeared next to my nose—something I rarely ever experience. I trusted this brand because it’s well-known and recommended, but this toner completely let me down. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed. I only used it twice and already regret buying it. I want to return the product immediately and expect La Roche-Posay to take responsibility. Please provide a fast and fair solution—this is unacceptable for a product at this price point.
