1win Blocked My Verified Account and Refused My ₹591,000 Withdrawal

I have been using a 1win account registered with the email address kingdavid****@gmail.com, and on May 3 my account was suddenly blocked when I attempted to make a withdrawal. No clear explanation was provided, and I immediately lost access to both my account and my funds, which currently total ₹591,000.
Before this happened, I had successfully completed the identity verification process required by 1win, and my verification had already been approved. Because of this, I was extremely shocked when my account was suddenly restricted without warning right after I tried to withdraw my winnings.
After contacting customer support, I was referred to the security team. However, the only response I received from them was a vague reference to clause 12.8, without any detailed explanation of what I am supposedly accused of doing. I strongly deny violating any rules, and no evidence, examples, or specific information have been provided to justify the block placed on my account.
This situation gives the impression that the platform is simply trying to avoid paying out my legitimate winnings. In an effort to resolve the matter properly, I also submitted a formal appeal email to 1win explaining my situation and asking for clarification, but my message has been completely ignored and I have received no response at all.
I consider this treatment unacceptable, especially because my identity was already verified and my funds have effectively been frozen without a proper investigation or transparent explanation.
I request that 1win urgently conduct a fair and proper review of my case, provide a clear and specific explanation regarding any alleged violation, and, if no wrongdoing can be proven, immediately unblock my account and allow me to withdraw my full ₹591,000 balance. I also expect a written response to my appeal instead of continued silence and lack of communication.
