I recently bought two bottles of La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel from Trendyol, and now I’m seriously questioning whether the products I received are genuine. I came across a video online that shows how to identify counterfeit vs. authentic La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel. One of the key indicators, according to the video, is the visibility of the spring inside the pump—something that’s supposedly only present in fake products.
After checking my bottles, I noticed that both show the pump’s spring, which instantly raised concerns. On top of that, both units have the exact same barcode and expiration date codes, which doesn’t seem right for two separate items. While I can’t fully verify the video's accuracy, I can’t shake the feeling that something is off.
As a customer trying to buy safe, dermatologist-recommended skincare, I shouldn't be left guessing whether what I bought is real. Trendyol and La Roche-Posay owe it to their customers to guarantee authenticity. I need clear confirmation directly from La Roche-Posay—are these items original or not?
If these products turn out to be fake, I expect a full refund of the ₺ I paid and a proper explanation. Please respond urgently.
