PhonePe Transaction Issue After QR Code Payment to Jamuna

I made a UPI payment of ₹10,000 through PhonePe on April 27 at around 12:06 PM by scanning a QR code registered under the name “Jamuna.” In the PhonePe application, the transaction status is marked as “successful,” and the amount was fully debited from my account.

However, despite the successful status, I have not received my ₹10,000 back and I am currently facing a financial loss because of this transaction. I contacted PhonePe customer support by phone and explained the situation in detail. They informed me that the payment had been completed successfully and that the money had already been transferred to the other person’s account.

Even after receiving this response, I am still not satisfied because I have not recovered my money in the account from which the transfer was originally made. This situation has caused significant stress and concern, especially because the amount involved is substantial for me.

I request that PhonePe investigate this transaction carefully and review all related payment details. I also request that my ₹10,000 be refunded to my account as soon as possible or that I receive proper assistance in recovering the transferred amount.
