FamPay Wrong UPI Payment Sent to Incorrect QR Code by Mistake

I am writing to report a wrong UPI payment made through FamPay and to request a refund of the amount. On 9 May, I accidentally paid ₹100 to the wrong person by scanning an incorrect QR code via FamPay UPI. The transaction details include UTR number 612906704759 and reference number FMPIB5424250601. Since this payment was made by mistake to an unintended recipient, I request that FamPay urgently look into this transaction and help me recover the amount. I kindly ask you to reverse the transaction or arrange a refund of the ₹100, or take any possible steps from your side to help resolve this issue.
