PhonePe QR Payment Completed but Game Balance Missing

I made a QR code payment of 10,000 on 27 April at around 12:06 pm through PhonePe to a game agent, where the name “Jamuna” appeared on the payment screen. This payment was for adding balance/chips to my game account, but the amount has still not been credited to my game balance. After noticing that the deposit was not received, I contacted the game support/agent. They keep telling me to “please wait” and sometimes say that the “funds are not sufficient” on their side. Despite these replies, my 10,000 payment is shown as completed on PhonePe, yet I have neither received any refund nor the game balance I paid for. I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the full balance/chips to my game account and also refunding my 10,000 to my PhonePe, or by providing a clear and fair solution that does not cause me any financial loss.
