Kwai Fake Profile Using My Name and Reposting My Videos
Recently I discovered that someone created a fake profile on Kwai using my real name, Hilda A***. I have a verified official account on the platform with the name “mulher do Maranhão”, and this fake profile is clearly taking advantage of my identity and my work. The fake account uses the username “HildaAraújo64569”. I noticed the problem today when I saw an old video of mine posted there about four hours earlier. This person downloads my videos without watermark from my original page and reposts them on the fake profile as if they were theirs, using my real name. The profile picture is not mine, it only shows legs and some random things, which makes it clear that it is not my official account. Because of this situation, my original page is being harmed and my videos are flopping, since my content is being diverted to a fake account that may confuse or deceive my followers. I tried to solve the problem myself, but I did not find any clear option on Kwai to report this fake profile. For these reasons, I request that Kwai urgently investigate this case, remove or suspend the profile “HildaAraújo64569” that is using my name and my videos without authorization, and take the necessary measures to protect my official verified account “mulher do Maranhão” and my content.
