I Report Fake Kwai Accounts Using My Name, Photos, And Videos Without Consent
For about a month now, I have discovered that two fake accounts have been created in my name on the Kwai app. One of these accounts was opened under the name “zehra S*****” and has shared many of my personal videos without my permission. The other fake account was created under the name “zehra ulutaş S*****” and uses a profile picture with a hand-drawn heart containing a moon symbol. Both accounts are unlawfully using my full name, photos, and videos without my consent.
Despite reporting these accounts multiple times through the Kwai app, I have received no response, and the fake accounts remain active. My real account username is “Zehra S*****,” where I have only two videos uploaded, and my profile picture is simply the letter “z.”
I expect Kwai to urgently take action to shut down these fake accounts that are sharing my personal content without authorization. Additionally, I demand that such complaints be taken more seriously and that legal action be considered against those responsible.
Progress
A fake account (username: Zehra Sinkil) has been created on the Kwai application, using my name and videos without permission. This fake account has been active for about five or six months, and despite all my complaints, no action has been taken. I have reported the issue to Kwai multiple times, but I have not received any response and my grievance continues. Finally, since my complaints were ignored, I had to apply to the prosecutor's office as well.
My expectation from Kwai is that this fake account opened in my name be immediately closed and all videos and content belonging to me be removed from the platform. I do not have any other accounts except my own, and I request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.
