Kuveyt Türk Branch Queue Discrimination And Rude Staff
On Thursday, 8 January 2026, I visited the Kuveyt Türk Başakşehir 2nd Stage branch in Istanbul to withdraw money with a pre-given instruction and took a queue number. Despite this, while I was waiting there, I witnessed that two or three foreign nationals who arrived after me were served before me. Being subjected to such discrimination in my own country, at my own bank, deeply upset and disturbed me. Following this situation, I reacted at the branch and decided to close my account. The female staff member who handled the account closure spoke to us in a very harsh manner and treated us disrespectfully. Because of both the unfairness regarding the queue priority and the employee’s inappropriate attitude, I have completely lost my trust in Kuveyt Türk. After these negative experiences, I absolutely do not recommend this bank anymore and I expect Kuveyt Türk to seriously value customer satisfaction, equal treatment to all customers, and respectful communication.
