Kuveyt Türk ATM Swallowed My Cash and Never Returned the Full Amount
On November 17, I deposited cash into my Kuveyt Türk account using the PTT ATM located in Antalya Muratpaşa Güzeloba. During the transaction, the ATM swallowed my cash and then went out of service. I later received an SMS from the bank confirming that a transaction had taken place.
When I contacted Kuveyt Türk, a case was opened and I was told that the amount would be credited to my account within 15 days after approval from the other party. However, instead of the full $62 (2,700 TL), only $39 (1,700 TL) was deposited into my account, and $23 (1,000 TL) is still missing.
So far, three separate requests have been created regarding this issue. Today, I was informed once again that a new 15-day process has been initiated. I have been negatively affected by this situation for nearly three months.
I am requesting that the missing $23 be urgently and fully credited to my account. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this process has taken so long and why the full amount was not credited despite the investigation.
