Kuveyt Türk ATM Deposit Not Credited And Money Missing
On the night of March 29, at around 11:40 PM, I attempted to deposit cash into a Kuveyt Türk ATM located in Sultangazi. The amount I deposited was approximately between $1,200 and $1,400.
The ATM accepted the money, but the amount was not credited to my account. Instead, a message appeared on the screen stating, “Since you did not take your money, it is being transferred to the ATM vault,” and the transaction was not completed.
Immediately afterward, I contacted Kuveyt Türk customer service. I was told that the amount would be credited to my account within 30 minutes at the latest, or otherwise I could collect it from the branch the next day.
However, despite the time that has passed, the money has still not been credited to my account. I urgently need this money, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience and financial distress.
Given that this is a large amount and I have an urgent need for cash, I request that the funds I deposited into the ATM be quickly identified and credited to my account, and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
