Kuryenet Courier Rudely Refused to Deliver My Package to My Address
For my Kuryenet package with tracking #6314140224726, I received a call from the courier at **01*****24. He stated that my package would be left at the neighborhood market. I explained that it contained a credit card and requested it be delivered to my address since I was home.
The courier rudely responded "Then you can pick it up from the office" and hung up on me. I am filing a complaint - I demand that my package be promptly delivered to my address as paid for and expected. Such discourteous behavior from their courier is unacceptable.
I made it clear I was available at my residence to receive the package. Leaving it at another location, despite my instructions, and then being rude is extremely poor customer service. I need assurance that my package with the credit card inside will be safely delivered to my home address right away by a professional courier.

I had mentioned the tracking number in my complaint, and I am in Hakkari. I looked up the number of your Hakkari branch on the internet but couldn't find it. I tried to reach customer service through the contact number, but that didn't work either. It only asks for the tracking number and then tells where the package is. It is very, very difficult to reach you.

The courier wanted to leave the delivery at the market, but I told them that I was at my address and wanted it delivered to my address. There is no situation where I would refuse the delivery; I just want them to bring it directly to the address specified.
