Fed up with Kuryenet's Delivery Delay
Hi Kuryenet team, I've been tracking my package to Sakarya through Ozanlar agency for the past four days, and there's been no progress at all. I've tried reaching out to your customer service multiple times, but all I get is an automated response, which isn't helping at all. I can't seem to get through to a customer representative for proper assistance. My Halkbank card was supposed to arrive, but it hasn't shown up yet. It's a card I rely on, but I can't use it because it hasn't been delivered. I urgently need a resolution. My tracking number is 760203359910. Please provide an update as soon as possible.
