Kuru Kahveci Mehmet Efendi Coffee Not Living Up to Standards: Lack of Foam, Taste Inconsistency

I've been a devoted fan of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Turkish coffee for quite a while. But I've been noticing a drop in its overall quality recently. It's not giving me the usual foamy layer on top when I make it. At first, I thought there might be a problem with my cezve (coffee pot), but when I got a new batch and brewed it, it frothed perfectly. So I gave the package I had bought a shot, but it didn't froth at all. Something felt off this time, as the familiar taste I've grown used to over the years seemed to be missing. Also, I spotted small white specks in the coffee. I think it might be because the grinding wasn't done properly.
