Quality Gone Bad? Kuru Kahveci Mehmet Efendi Coffee Flavor Not Like Before

As a longtime consumer of Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi, I am deeply saddened to lodge a complaint. About two months ago, I purchased coffee but didn't open it right away. I've used it only 2-3 times recently, and today I finally have the chance to voice my complaint. The smell is not like the coffee I used to get; it has a bitter, burnt taste that is far from enjoyable. Previously, I would enjoy a pleasant taste. Additionally, it leaves an unpleasant smell and taste reminiscent of cigarette butts. I used to savor the coffee grounds; the flavor was exquisite. But this coffee smells like cigarettes and leaves a taste like cigarette butts. As a non-smoker, I expect the flavor and aroma to remain intact. It's not like the ones I used to get. Furthermore, I noticed white particles in the coffee, and I'm not sure what they are if it's ground coffee anymore. The appearance of the ground coffee inside the box is also unappealing.
