Burnt Batch of Mehmet Efendi Coffee Leads to Customer Disappointment
I bought Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Turkish coffee at the market, only to discover it was burnt to a crisp. It's as if it was burned to death. With no other coffee at home, I prepared it to satiate my hunger, but it was unpalatable. I grudgingly agreed to give it a shot, anticipating quality when I made the transaction. My family has supported the Mehmet Efendi brand since I was a child. At 33 years old, I find this scenario very intolerable. How can you package and sell a product that should not be consumed? It is humiliating and sinful. I do not want your coffee to go to waste, but do you want others' money to go to waste? Ultimately, you have lost a customer. I even told my mother, "Don't buy it." She responded, "I won't anymore; it came out burnt." We dwell in several cities. It appears that the quality of your coffee has dropped. You have also destroyed our taste buds. I will not be buying from you again. Doesn't this coffee pass past quality control? I'm intrigued by the production process.
