My KuCoin Account Restricted for Over a Month

My account on KuCoin is currently restricted and they are refusing to release my funds. It's been more than a month and they still haven't lifted the restriction. Seriously, what's taking them so long? I'm feeling extremely frustrated and completely lost. I'm really confused about why this is happening, and I really need some help to figure out how to fix it ASAP.
