I have been trying to get an appointment for a Greece visa for over four months, but despite my repeated efforts, your system remains constantly unavailable and does not allow any appointment to be scheduled. During this time, a strong belief has formed that the system is only accessible to certain agencies. We are a family of three, and our travel plans have been significantly disrupted. This situation clearly disadvantages individual applicants and reflects a service approach that violates the principles of equality and transparency. Visa applications should be part of a public and fair process, and granting privileges to specific individuals or institutions is unacceptable. My travel and work plans have been interrupted multiple times due to this arbitrary practice. I request that the Greece visa appointment system be made accessible to individual applicants and that my grievance be urgently resolved. Otherwise, I will formally file a detailed complaint with both the relevant Greek Consulate and the appropriate official authorities. I expect a clear and prompt response on this matter.
