Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct at TLS Ankara Resulted in Visa Denial

I applied for a visa through TLS Ankara, where I encountered an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from a staff member named “El*na,” who appeared to be the manager. She acted as though I had disturbed her Instagram browsing, greeted me with an unfriendly demeanor, and began marking up my documents under the guise of reviewing them. After carelessly scribbling on my work permit letter, she tossed it back at me with the rest of my documents, demanding that I get it corrected. Given my company’s remote location, I promptly had the minor “letter” error corrected and sent back via email with a stamped and signed copy, which I printed out.
Upon trying to resubmit my documents, I had to wait outside with about 20 others while watching her prioritize her personal messages and barely acknowledge us from behind the glass partition. When I finally resubmitted the corrected document, she dismissed it as “not original.” I pointed out that she had defaced the original, that I only corrected the single letter she had highlighted, and that there were no other changes. She refused to use the original because it was "marked up" and begrudgingly accepted the corrected document while noting it as a “copy” in the system.
Despite following her instructions, I was the only one out of our three-person team from the defense industry who didn’t receive a visa. My expenses, investments, and plans were all ruined due to her arbitrary decisions. Not only did I experience poor service and terrible customer relations, but after paying 4,000 TL, the issued invoice only covered 1,295 TL. I will be reporting this discrepancy to the tax authorities. This unprofessional behavior has caused significant financial and personal setbacks, and I urge TLS to address this serious lapse in service.
