I urgently need help with my Konami account. I clicked on a link that was shared claiming it would give out a free player reward, and ever since then, I haven’t been able to access my account. It appears that someone stole my account through that link and has changed the registered email address.
This is incredibly frustrating because I’ve invested a lot into this account over time, including multiple top-ups. All that effort and money are now at risk, and I have absolutely no way to log in or recover it myself due to the email change.
