I Face Account Lock on My Konami ID Without Warning While Playing eFootball

My Konami ID, which I use to play eFootball, was suddenly locked by the system without any warning or explanation. When I try to log in, I get a message saying, “Your Konami ID has been locked,” and I’m completely unable to access my account. I am absolutely sure I entered the correct password. Even if the account was locked due to incorrect login attempts, it’s outrageous that it gets fully blocked this easily — with no chance to recover it or even understand what triggered the lockout.
This account holds in-game purchases and significant progress that I’ve worked hard for. Being locked out is causing real frustration and unfair disruption. I tried using the “Forgot Password” option, but I never received any reset email. To make matters worse, I haven’t gotten any response from Konami support after multiple attempts to reach out.
Konami, this is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate action to restore access to my account. You’re not just blocking a login — you’re blocking paid content and player investment. I expect a swift and permanent resolution. Stop leaving players in the dark and start supporting your users properly!
