Stolen eFootball Account Still Not Recovered by Konami Support

My Konami ID account used for eFootball Mobile was hacked on January 26, 2026, after my email address was stolen and changed without my permission. Since that day, I have been contacting Konami every single day with detailed explanations and screenshots, yet I have still not reached any solution.

I had been using this account since March 8, 2022, and I invested both significant time and a large amount of money into it. I made many purchases through MyClub, and most recently I bought the Süper Lig Asensio package alone for approximately $64. My account was fully developed, complete, and something I had spent years building.

During my conversations with Konami support, they requested certain account verification details such as the linked email and username. However, because the hacker changed the email address, I only have access to my old information. I continue providing the original email and username that belonged to me, but they keep saying they cannot help because the information does not match the current account details. That is exactly the issue: the email was changed without my authorization, so it is impossible for me to access the “current” information they are demanding.

Throughout this process, Game Center access was briefly enabled so I could try logging back into my account. However, the person who stole the account used up the monthly login limit, which now prevents me from accessing the account through that method as well. In other words, even though I possess past account information, purchase history, and screenshots proving ownership, my problem remains unresolved simply because I no longer have access to the updated details changed by the hacker.

I request that Konami restore my stolen Konami ID account, whose email address was changed without my permission, by taking into consideration my historical account information, purchase records, and all evidence I have provided. I want my account to be safely returned to me as soon as possible so that the years of effort and the money I spent on the game are not lost forever.
