Paid for eFootball Mobile Pack, Got ‘Payment Failed’ Error
On November 27, 2025, at around 03:03 a.m., I made an in-game purchase in the Konami eFootball mobile game using my Akbank credit card. Inside the game, I received a message saying “payment failed,” but at the same time I got a notification from Akbank that $17 had been charged to my card, and the item I purchased was not added to my account.
Even after waiting about 20 minutes, the product still wasn’t delivered, and the amount was not refunded to my card. The last four digits of the Akbank credit card I used for this transaction are 8735, and my in-game account is registered with the email address t************@gmail.com**.
I request that Konami immediately add the relevant item to my in-game account, or that Akbank promptly refund the $17 to my card. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible so that my grievance is addressed.
