Konami Purchase Error: Missing Product and Refund Delays

On January 15 at 02:06, I made two purchases in a Konami game. One of the transactions failed during the process, but the payment still went through. For days, I’ve been trying to explain the issue via the support email, yet no one is helping. Apple App Store claims the payment was processed and directs me to the app's support, while my bank also refers me back to the App Store. I’m stuck in an endless loop.
To make matters worse, Konami refunded one of the purchases, causing my account balance to go negative, yet I haven’t received the refund after several days. The other purchased item that I paid for but failed to receive is still missing.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I expect Konami to resolve this by delivering the missing item and refunding the payment promptly. Customers shouldn’t have to endure this level of inconvenience.
