I recently made a purchase on Konami for eFootball coins, and while the transaction was confirmed, I never received the in-game currency. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it’s extremely frustrating. I want my money back or the coins delivered immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll delete the game. It's disappointing to face this issue multiple times, and it ruins the gaming experience. Konami, please fix this problem and ensure I receive what I paid for.
