I Report Double Charge on Konami In-Game Purchase
Hello, I made an in-game purchase on Konami on June 27, 2025 for a single transaction. However, my account was charged twice, just 2 seconds apart—once at 18:59:30 and again at 18:59:32. Despite being billed twice, I only received one set of in-game content.
This is both confusing and upsetting. I made the payment carefully, and there’s no reason why a duplicate charge should occur within such a short interval. I feel cheated, especially when there’s no proper acknowledgment or immediate fix from your end.
This is not just a financial issue but also a breach of trust. I demand an immediate refund of the second unauthorized charge and an explanation of how this happened.
