Konami PES Account Hacked and Unauthorized Access Detected

I have a Konami PES account that appears to have been hacked and accessed without my permission. I first noticed the unauthorized access on 2 August 2026. Since then I have not been able to use my account safely and I am worried that someone else is using it or changing my in-game information. I have not yet contacted Konami support directly and I am now raising this issue through this complaint. I also have screenshots that show my in-game team and situation around the time I noticed that something was wrong. I request that my PES account be thoroughly checked and recovered, that unauthorized access be blocked, and that my full control over the account be restored. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out on my account so that this does not happen again.
