Konami ID Account Linking Failed – No Verification Code

I am having a problem with my Konami ID in eFootball and I have not been able to resolve it. Since 28/07/2026 I have been unable to change the account link because I do not receive the verification code that should be sent to complete the process. When I try to change the link, the system asks for a code, but no code is received, so I cannot proceed. Because of this temporary account situation and the missing code, I am stuck and cannot manage my account properly. I kindly request that my Konami ID account link be corrected and that the current link be changed as needed, and that the linking issue in eFootball be fully fixed so that I can use my account normally again.
