Change My Konami ID

I am an eFootball player and I use a Konami ID account, but I have encountered a serious problem with my account email. On 31/03/2026, I realized that there is no option anywhere in the system to change the email address linked to my Konami ID. This prevents me from updating my contact information and managing my account securely. I would like Konami to manually change the email address associated with my Konami ID account to my new email, or to provide a clear and applicable solution that allows me to update my email safely. I am sharing this situation so that both my account security is ensured and other users do not experience the same problem in the future.
