Unable to Log Into eFootball on iOS Despite Valid KONAMI Account
I have been unable to log in to the eFootball game on iOS for a long time. I can access my account without any issues through the My KONAMI website, but when I try to log into the game itself, it asks for a verification code, and this code never arrives at my email address. I do have access to my email account and receive other emails normally, but the verification code required to log into the game never arrives.
This issue has been ongoing for about two months. Even though I contacted Konami, they have not been able to resolve the problem, and I am still unable to log into the game. I have made approximately $92 in purchases and spending on this account, so not being able to access it has caused me serious harm.
I request that my eFootball account with user ID Askj-265-372-234 be made accessible again, and that the verification code issue be permanently resolved.
