I am writing regarding an issue with my eFootball account that is linked to my Gmail address. Since 28 January 2026, I have been unable to receive the verification code that is required to log in, so I cannot access my account at all. The Gmail address itself is active, but no verification emails from Konami arrive, which completely blocks me from using the game and my existing data. Up to this point I have not contacted either Konami or Google support directly about this problem. Because I cannot receive the necessary code, I kindly request that my eFootball account be made accessible without using that Gmail verification, or that you offer an alternative login or verification method so I can regain access to my account and continue playing. I ask for your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible and helping me log back into my eFootball account.
