Konami Account Restoration Request

I use eFootball with my Konami ID on an Android phone, and I have been unable to access my account since last Tuesday. When I try to log in, it keeps saying “incorrect password.” I changed my password several times and tried logging in again with the new password, but the system still shows the same incorrect password error and does not let me access my account. I have important in-game progress on this account, including players I obtained by exchanging eFootball points, and I do not want to lose this data. I also tried to use the link provided to report a problem, but when I opened it, the server showed “not found,” so I could not even send a support ticket properly. I request that my Konami ID account be restored and that I be given full access to my eFootball account again. I also want this recurring login error to be investigated in detail and resolved, and I would like to receive a clear explanation and solution regarding why the system keeps rejecting my correct password after it has been reset.
