E-Football 2026 Login Error on Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Despite Correct Credentials

I am trying to transfer my game data in E-Football 2026 on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. When I attempt to log in with my Konami ID account, even though I enter my email and password correctly, I repeatedly get the error message: “Please contact the website administrator.” Because of this, I cannot access my account at all.

This issue started today and has occurred every time I’ve tried to log in. I already reinstalled the app and tested it on a different internet connection, but the problem persists. None of these attempts have resolved the login failure. I have not yet been able to reach customer service regarding this matter.

I request that Konami fix this problem immediately and restore my access so I can continue playing with my account. Paying and loyal players deserve reliable access without being locked out due to system errors.
